Tracey Manne

Founder and Passion behind Rising Chefs, Tracey graduated from George Brown College after a career in Finance. She worked in the kitchens of The Four Seasons Hotel prior to launching this unique Culinary Event Centre. Her love of making cooking fun for all ages has produced a wide array of offerings, from corporate team building and events to healthy eating workshops in schools and cooking based birthday parties. She has truly created a venue "Where everyone can cook"

Neil Manne

A graduate of University of Western Ontario, Neil spent 26 years in the software business as Director of Technical Support. Also passionate about food, Neil decided to leave the software business to assist in the launch and development of the centre. Neil's expertise with customer service is the ingredient he brings to the table.

Natasha MacLean

Natasha has had a lifelong love of food and cooking.  After a career as a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) specializing in Commercial Lines, she left the corporate world to study Hospitality at George Brown College.  Following the birth of her daughter, Natasha returned to George Brown to complete the Chef Training Programme.  Immediately following an intense summer of Chef Training, she began George Brown’s Food and Nutrition Management post-diploma program, and is a member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management. 
Natasha’s position at Rising Chefs Culinary Centre combines her passion for cooking and nutrition and love of children. 

Rose Champagnie

Rose is a certified Chef, receiving her culinary training at Niagara College. Having worked at various hotels and restaurants in both the Niagara region and the GTA, She brings with her a true passion for food and the love of learning.

Although professionally cooking for over ten years she claims there is still so much to learn and is enthusiastic to share her acquired knowledge with others.
